Poor service

I recently started using this storage facility for an upcoming move. The spring on the door broke and it was two weeks before my move. I let the man in the office know. He took a key and said they would call me after it was fixed. Still having to empty a home partially, I called and talked with Thelma. I let her know that my door was broken. She had no idea and had not called a repairman. It has been over a week now since my door broke and I just went(Sunday). IT IS STILL NOT FIXED!!!! I have used other storage facilities in the area(the one near BJ's) and never had this problem. Theses guys are more pricey than the last storage facility I used and that one was heated. For $150 a month, it's not worth it. Furthermore, there is no way to contact anyone to complain besides the reviews. So, I guess I have to complain here.

Good morning Ms Bear, First, I want to apologize once again for the inconvenience that the broken spring has created for you. It was to be repaired on Friday as I had communicated but the tech was delayed on the large job that he has been working on out of town. He has verified that he will have your broken spring repaired tomorrow. If that is not acceptable, I can transfer you to a unit that is just several doors down from where your existing unit is to eliminate any further inconvenience. Please let me know what you prefer. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, the COVID situation has put everything in a somewhat difficult situation when it comes to things like this because of businesses still trying to get caught up and being short staffed.
