We had a storage area there for 15 plus years.

Excellent Service and accomodations!!! We were able to rent suitable space to store our papers for carriers to pickup from. The location is great, only a few minutes away from the 481 ramps on Kirkville Rd. The buildings and lot were always clean, and well maintained. Easy access through oversized gates to accommodate large vehicles. They even have a phone app for touch less entry through the gates. The lot was always plowed and saltedp in the winter. All the storage areas are secured by metal gates and fencing, and monitored through remote cameras. They do have an onsite office, open most of the day, and hand out a phone number for additional help. It has been a pleasure to do business with them !!

We had rented a good size rental unit for about a year. It was very clean and dry. Throughout all 4 seasons we had checked on our items in storage, and we never had an issue. Everything was dry, intact, and remained in great condition. We have a beautiful wooden rocking horse that’s been in our family for over 30 years, that was in storage. It remained in perfect condition. We are very happy and pleased with this company. We highly recommend them and we will use them again in the future if we need room to store any of possessions.

The staff are very nice and very helpful. We rented a u-haul truck the person at the counter was glad to assist us with picking it up. The truck was there as expected. I highly recommend this place.

I found Drive-in Self Storage to be a great place to store your needs. Staff members at the Fremont Road office are the best, especially Ms. Thelma, she has a heart of gold!

Both Thelma and Grant are excellent at customer care. Our rental process could not have been any easier, from the initial access to our unit to our final clean out, we basically had a contactless experience. The hours this storage facility was open are very convenient. The entire property is clean and well maintained. We definitely choose this location as it is well lit and secure with cameras placed throughout the unit areas. We would recommend this business to everyone and have!

Drive-In Self Storage is a wonderful storage facility. The property manager, Thelma, is great to work with and is very accommodating. I had no issues whatsoever with storing my belongings at this facility. The unit was clean when I moved in and always had clear communication about what was expected or if I had a question about something. I highly recommend renting a space here for all your storage needs - you won't regret it.

Very professional and most of all, friendly. Earlier in the year I was placed on a waiting list and DID get a call back. The group worked with my schedule and I was successful in getting an RV storage spot the met MY needs. The facility is neat, clean and professionally staffed. Highly recommend. Upon completing my contract, the manager was very understanding and there was no pressure. Throughout the entire lease, Customer service, billing and electronic access to my site was seamless. When I need to store my RV again I know where I will look first for space.

Courteous and friendly. Great security system. We used for storing our RV in the Winter. When we increased the size of our RV they accommodated us with a bigger parking space ASAP. They're great!

I had my unit much longer than anticipated. the staff was great Thelma , the manager , was a god send.. I was a mess after my father died from cancer she and Grant helped me greatly and I will gladly recommend this facility to anyone who has storage needs Betty Paris

The service at Drive-In self Storage was exceptional. I was a customer for almost two years and they treated me like family every time I needed to change units, rent a u-haul, or just when it was time for me to get rid of my unit. They clearly stated all of the storage unit guidelines and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Syracuse area looking for storage space or u haul.

DISS/Manlius is hands down one of the very best storage facilities in the CNY area! They are very easy to locate and have wonderful customer service. We were able to access the facility at times convenient for our schedule. I look forward to the opportunity to deal with them again in the future. If you have storage needs, I highly recommend them!

Convenient location, rodent free, fully secured, lots of sizes to choose from, cheapest prices than others nearby, and has uhaul vehicles onsite for use.

Everyone at Drive-InStorage has been extremely helpful and accommodating. This was the second unit I rented here and will be back if I ever need another.

DIS was wonderful. The personnel I came in contact were always pleasant, polite and customer friendly. The items stored there came out in the same shape as they went in. auto billing made it simple and check-out was simple and quick.

Thelma was awesome with answering all of my questions, accommodating, and helped to make move as painless as possible. Rhey have brand new storage units that are clean and highly secured. If you need a truck or a unit I would use them for both like I did! It made the move less stressful and run smoothly.

These guys are great. I used them for over 2 years and they are my best experience in renting all over the country, over the last 16 years. Military discount, friendly staff, and even let me park a trailer there for a few days during a move. Some advice: if you call and get connected with the national call center, just hang up and call back later. The local folks make for a much better experience.

Occupied a unit for about 13 months. Pleasant individuals and courteous service. Renting procedure was quick and simple, and ending the rental even more so. Very confident in the security and upkeep of the facility, and was left pleased after every interaction with the staff.
