Though we know we won't have the lowest price 100% of the time, we encourage you to price shop. Sure a competitor who price shops us may price his units a little cheaper than ours, but you will find our prices are as good as any of our competitors. We hope you will recognize that our many years of delivering the best self storage experience in the area will encourage you to rent from us.

Surveys taken of the reasons why people rent at a particular self storage facility have shown that price is not the most important consideration. Management, security and location are more important to people than pricing, though pricing must be competitive.
