Selecting the Right Size Unit

How do I select the right unit size for me?
We offer at least 8 different unit sizes at our locations. Choosing the size storage unit you need is easy with the help of our "Storage Estimator" located on the main Storage Units page of this website.

Security

Who is allowed into the storage facility?
Access to our facilities is controlled by an electronic gate system. Only our tenants have a security code which allows them to enter and exit through the electronic gate system. The code allows our staff at each location to see who is entering and exiting the facility through a computer screen in the office.

What about video cameras?
All of our facilities have at least 16 digital video cameras spread throughout the facility. Cameras are focused at the gate on entry and exit, the office as well as aisles around the facility. They are able to record 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

General

Should your driving distance from the storage facility make a difference? How often will I be at the facility?
We believe that the only time that driving distance should matter is if you intend to go to your storage unit several times a week. Otherwise, it should not matter. Most people store their items and only visit the facility periodically after that.

Is renting a storage unit a long process?
No. It generally takes 15 to 20 minutes. Our friendly staff will lead you through it from the minute you decide to rent until you decide upon your gate code. We will even go with you to our gate key pad to show you how it works and make sure your code works correctly.
